Root. Rise. Reimagine. — El Nido, Palawan, Philippines, Spring 2027

An intimate global leadership experience for those ready to strengthen their foundation, expand their capacity, and design what comes next.

The Third Chapter

Root. Rise. Reimagine.

Each Voice. Care. Leadership. destination marks a different season of leadership growth. Hawaii asked you to heal, fill, and pour. Antigua asked you to unplug and unwind. This chapter asks something else entirely.

Root

Before you lead anyone else, you return to who you are underneath the titles — identity, purpose, faith, the ground that never moves even when everything built on top of it does.

Rise

Not motion for its own sake. Renewed capacity, sharpened clarity, and the kind of confidence that comes from having actually rested, not just stopped working.

Reimagine

Where strategy and intentional design stop being separate conversations and become the blueprint for what you build next.

What Reimagine actually means here

Leadership no longer sits apart from the tools reshaping how work gets done. This chapter carries a dedicated thread on artificial intelligence and future-readiness — not as a buzzword track, but as part of what it means to design what comes next on purpose. You leave this room not just rested, but oriented toward the decade ahead, not the one behind you.

Who Belongs in This Room

You will know if this is yours.

This chapter is designed for leaders who are accomplished, carry significant responsibility, and are seeking restoration, strategic clarity, and space to build what comes next.

This is for you if you are…

  • A physician or healthcare leader navigating clinical pressure and your own caregiving load
  • A founder or executive entering a new season and ready to design it intentionally
  • A caregiver or nonprofit leader carrying a second shift that never makes the org chart
  • An author, speaker, or thought leader who needs protected space before the next body of work
  • A creative, an artist, or a vision builder who needs room to imagine before you produce
  • A purpose-driven professional in a season of transition, seeking clarity to move forward

This is not for you if you want…

  • A beach vacation with no reflection, strategy, or accountability involved
  • A large-scale conference focused on networking volume over depth
  • To observe from the back of the room rather than engage in the circle
  • Every detail — resort, dates, pricing — finalized before you're willing to commit
  • A packaged experience rather than one you help shape from the beginning

If you recognize yourself here, you will recognize the value of the room.

A Note From Dr. Bell

Why the Philippines.

I have spent my career around caregivers — clinical and familial, professional and unpaid, the ones with credentials and the ones with none who carry the work anyway. And in every setting I have practiced in, I have met Filipino hands doing that work. Nurses. Aides. The quiet infrastructure of hospitals and homes across this country and dozens of others.

The Philippines sends more caregivers into the world than almost any nation on earth. That is not an accident of labor markets. It is culture. Malasakit — a word that does not fully translate, but means something close to compassion carried into action, care as a shared obligation rather than a private virtue. Bayanihan — the instinct to lift a neighbor's burden as though it were your own.

I did not choose this place because it is beautiful, though it is. I chose it because it already understands, in its bones, the thing I have spent my whole doctrine trying to teach: that care is not soft. It is the discipline underneath every form of leadership worth having.

Root. Rise. Reimagine. is built on a simple conviction — when leadership is rooted in genuine care, the results are not vanity metrics. They are trust that compounds, teams that stay, communities that heal. Authenticity becomes the KPI. Everything else follows from that.

This chapter is my invitation to build the next season of this work in a place that has been quietly modeling it all along.

Questions & Answers

What we can tell you right now.

What exactly is the Curator's Circle?
The Curator's Circle is the early-access circle for leaders who want first opportunity to participate in the third Voice. Care. Leadership. global retreat — before the final property, dates, and public registration exist.

Members receive first access, founding pricing, priority room selection, private planning updates, invitations to pre-retreat virtual strategy sessions, included AI Advisory access, and first consideration if attendance must be capped.
Is the $500 refundable?
Your $500 Curator's Circle Commitment is applied in full toward your final Root. Rise. Reimagine. retreat investment once registration opens. It secures priority status but does not guarantee a specific room category until final property details and registration options are released. Full cancellation terms will be provided alongside final retreat details, before you're asked to complete full registration.
When will I know more?
As soon as the property is contracted and dates are locked, Curator's Circle members are the first to know — before anything is announced publicly. Everything else, including this FAQ, will expand as those details are finalized.
