Voice · Care · Leadership — Retreat Series

Unplug. Unwind. Unwrap.

Antigua · August 15–19, 2026

A curated leadership and renewal experience for those stewarding people, purpose, and performance.

Why Antigua

Not just a destination. A homecoming.

Far enough to arrive

Restoration requires distance — not just geographic, but psychological. Antigua is far enough from your daily life that the transition from leader to participant begins before you land. The water, the pace, the air — they disarm the part of you that is always on.

Intimate by nature

This is not a sprawling resort experience. Antigua's scale allows for the kind of curated, private gathering this retreat demands — where every meal is shared, every face is known, and the room stays small enough to hold honest conversation.

Beauty that restores

365 beaches. Warm turquoise water. Golden light. The natural beauty of Antigua is not the agenda — but it is the backdrop against which restoration happens. When your environment holds beauty, your nervous system takes the cue.

A place of legacy

Antigua carries personal meaning for Dr. Bell. It is part of her maternal heritage, part of the story behind The Work of My Mother's Hands, and a place that reminds her of legacy, care, and belonging. This is not a venue. It is a return.

Who Belongs in This Room

You will know if this is yours.

This experience is designed for individuals who carry meaningful responsibility and understand that restoration is not separate from leadership — it is part of it.

Leaders & founders

Those responsible for vision, teams, and decisions that impact others — who need space to think clearly again.

Clinicians, caregivers & healers

Those who give deeply in their professional and personal lives and understand the cost of constant output without restoration.

Executives & strategists

Those navigating complexity, scale, and pressure — and who benefit from stepping away to recalibrate at a higher level.

Creators & thought leaders

Those shaping ideas, building platforms, and influencing others — who need clarity, alignment, and protected space to expand.

High-capacity professionals in transition

Those in a season of change, growth, or recalibration — seeking intentional space to move forward with clarity.

Care-economy & policy leaders

Those shaping workforce strategy, aging infrastructure, and the systems that sustain caregiving at scale.

If you recognize yourself here, you will recognize the value of the room.

What to Expect

Everything is handled.

All-inclusive dining, purposeful rest, elevated connection, immersive excursions, cultural discovery, and protected space for renewed clarity. From exceptional meals and restorative spa moments to meaningful conversation and island exploration, each element is curated with intention.

All-inclusive dining

Communal, locally sourced, and paced for conversation. From morning to evening, the table is set. No planning. No decisions. Just presence.

Restorative spa

Each participant receives spa credit. Rest is not only structured — it is also physical. Your body carried you here. This is part of honoring it.

Immersive excursions

Guided island experiences and cultural discovery. Every shared moment is designed to deepen connection — not fill time.

Purposeful rest

Morning accountability circles. Afternoon stillness. Journaling. The schedule protects space for unstructured time with permission.

Elevated connection

A private, ongoing peer network beyond the gathering. The relationships formed here become a permanent part of your professional ecosystem.

Renewed clarity

Not networking — something more valuable. A room honest enough to build real trust. You return to your work, your people, and your life with a clearer view.

Meet Your Faculty

This is not a speaker lineup. It is a journey.

Over five days, you move through three interconnected dimensions of sustainable leadership — each one guided by a faculty member chosen for mastery of their domain. You do not arrive as your title. You arrive as the person beneath it.

A Note From Dr. Bell

Why this exists.

Unplug. Unwind. Unwrap. was born from something I had to learn personally: people who carry much also need spaces where they are not required to perform, produce, solve, or hold everything together.

My earlier retreat work, Heal. Fill. Pour., reminded me that restoration is not separate from leadership. It is part of responsible stewardship.

Antigua carries personal meaning for me. It is part of my maternal heritage, part of the story behind The Work of My Mother's Hands, and a place that reminds me of legacy, care, and belonging.

This experience is being created for leaders, clinicians, caregivers, founders, strategists, and thoughtful professionals who need more than time away. They need room to breathe, think clearly, be nourished, connect deeply, and return with renewed clarity.

You do not need to arrive as your title. You are welcome to arrive as the person beneath it — the one who remembers what rest feels like when it's finally protected.

— Dr. Kiplee Bell, MD, MS, PA-C

Stay Connected

This is one chapter in a larger story.

Antigua taught us what trust and intentional space can build together. That same foundation is carrying us forward — into Root. Rise. Reimagine. in the Philippines, into ongoing conversations through The Leadership Ready Room, and into The Global Conversation on the Future of Care, where leaders across disciplines are shaping what comes next for how we care for people.

If any part of this speaks to you — the next retreat, the leadership conversations, or simply staying close to what we're building — we'd love to keep you in the loop.

Is this worth the investment?
You already know the cost of not going.

Another quarter running on fumes. Another season of pouring without being poured into. Another year where the pause you promised yourself gets pushed to "next quarter." Another performance review where you delivered for everyone except yourself.

This retreat exists because leaders like you rarely get permission to stop — and even more rarely take it. The investment covers everything: your room, every meal and drink for four days, spa credit, an island excursion, a farewell sunset cruise, curated programming, breathwork, a peer cohort who understands your weight, and a restoration framework you'll carry long after you leave the island.

You are not paying for a vacation. You are investing in the version of yourself that returns — clearer, steadier, and finally restored.

The question isn't whether it's worth it. The question is whether you're ready.
Can I bring my partner or spouse?
Yes. You have two options:

Companion rate — $2,000 per person
Your companion shares your room and enjoys all-inclusive meals, beverages, full resort amenities, and attends the welcome reception and farewell. Spa and excursions are available à la carte at group discount rates.

VIP Executive — companion included
If you register as VIP Executive ($8,500), your companion is included at no additional cost.

You can also use the "Booking for Two" bundle ($7,500) to register yourself and your companion in one transaction.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many of our attendees come solo — and they often form the deepest connections at the retreat.

You'll be paired with another solo attendee for room sharing. If you prefer a private room, the Cove Suite Upgrade ($2,000) is available à la carte.
What is the deposit and payment schedule?
Deposits:
Care Leader — $1,500
VIP Executive — $2,500
Companion — $750
Emerging Leader — $1,500
Care Leader + Companion Bundle — $2,250

All deposits are non-refundable and must be received by June 30, 2026.

Balance due: July 10, 2026

You can also pay in full at registration — your seat is immediately confirmed with no balance to track.

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, Cash App, Amazon Pay, and Link all accepted. Split payments available at checkout.
Is trip insurance required?
Yes. Trip insurance is mandatory for all retreat attendees.

This protects your investment in the event of medical emergencies, flight cancellations, travel delays, or personal emergencies.

We recommend Travel Guard or a comparable provider.

Proof of coverage must be submitted to execadmin@kipleebell.com before July 10, 2026.

Please review the full Cancellation & Travel Policy in the registration section above.
What if I need to cancel?
Before June 30, 2026: Refund of payments beyond deposit, less $350 administrative fee.
June 30 – July 10, 2026: 50% refund of payments beyond deposit.
After July 10, 2026: Non-refundable.

Deposits are always non-refundable. This is why trip insurance is required — it protects you in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Full details in the Cancellation & Travel Policy above.
Do I need a passport?
Yes. A valid passport is required for travel to Antigua and Barbuda.

Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond August 19, 2026.
Is Antigua safe?
Antigua and Barbuda is one of the safest Caribbean nations, with a tourism-driven economy and a welcoming culture.

Blue Waters Resort & Spa is located on a private, gated property on Antigua's northwest coast, approximately 15 minutes from the airport. The resort has operated for over 50 years and is widely regarded as one of the island's premier boutique properties.
What's the weather like in August?
August in Antigua averages 86°F with warm trade winds, brief tropical showers, and stunning sunsets.

It's the heart of Caribbean summer — lush, warm, and beautiful. August falls within hurricane season, which is one of the reasons trip insurance is required for all attendees.
What should I pack?
Essentials:
Light, breathable resort wear
White attire and island wear for the welcome reception
Swimwear
Comfortable shoes for the island excursion
A light layer for air-conditioned spaces

Don't forget:
